(n) someone who takes on a new challenge every day; preparing and securing documents today from studying the project details yesterday to keep the project running smoothly tomorrow.


The Project Coordinator will review, organize and distribute project information and documentation to assist in coordinating the work throughout the project lifecycle using software and technology, in an office setting.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work closely with Project Manager and general contractors, architects, vendors and internal staff as the pre-construction expert to provide, maintain and distribute project documents such as drawings/submittals, contracts, schedules, updated estimates, RFIs, closeouts and more.

  • As we evolve as a company, your responsibilities will continue to evolve; including learning and adapting to software advancements.

  • Be available as a resource for Project Managers and Estimators who need assistance.

 

 

ESSENTIALS WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Computer proficiency, including use of construction software and Microsoft Office 365.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (ex. Architectural, electrical, civil, plumbing, etc.)

  • Interest in a changing environment, learning and gaining new knowledge, job flexibility, not knowing what challenges tomorrow might bring.

  • Self-motivation, works well with others and independently, emulates a positive attitude, provides quality customer service, works productively, thinks critically with complex problem solving and evaluation skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and work well under changing conditions on a variety of projects, working accurately and quickly under pressure, prioritize and work in a flexible manner to meet deadlines.

 

 

BONUS POINTS

  • AAS degree construction management, business management, engineering or related field.

  • Experience with general woodworking, manufacturing, fabrication, construction or designing.
